Production Process
The production process used to create a typical Productorial presentation can be divided into four steps: Pre-production, Production, Post-production, and Delivery. Production cycles range from two to six weeks.
Step 1.
Every Productorial starts with a message. Our team works with subject matter experts in various industries for script-writing, storyboarding and brainstorming. The first stage involves concepting and developing a script and storyboard.
Step 2.
Once the script and story-board are finalized, its time to choose the talent. Browse our extensive library of talent, or request a casting to find the perfect individual to represent your company. Alternatively, choose one of your own employees or executives for your project. Once talent has been chosen, production scheduling and planning starts and the footage is shot.
Step 3.
After all footage has been digitized, it is edited and submitted for your review. Clients are presented with several options for each scene. Final scenes are then encoded and embedded in animation shells. A team of motion graphics specialists develops the concept and visuals for the presentation and develops interactive components (such as a call to action, requests for additional information, etc.).
Step 4.
Finished presentations are hosted on the Productorials streaming servers in various locations around the country. Our extensive investment in IT infrastructure provides failsafe hosting for all presentations and bandwidth up to 1GB of throughput, allowing for hundreds of concurrent streams. Alternatively, presentation shells can be hosted on the clients server while video streams are provided by Productorials.
Every presentation and communication challenge is unique. We are committed to meeting your specific needs and developing truly successful communication solutions for your company.
