Dr. Jonathon Levine, a renowned New York City cosmetic dentist and smile expert, founded GoSMILE to bring his highly effective smile care products to a wide customer base in search of a better answer to teeth whitening.

This high-end line of premium products is available in upscale retail locations throughout the country.

The Challenge
GoSMILE came to Productorials in search of a powerful and effective messaging presentation for its online customers - just like in retail locations where GoSMILE products are sold. GoSMILE wanted to clearly explain its ampoule technology to its consumer base so they would understand and appreciate the safe and effective GoSMILE process of teeth whitening. Furthermore, GoSMILE desired a powerful, yet simplistic, medium in which to train their employees.

The Solution
GoSMILE understood that a well-defined, client-focused online presence was crucial to securing loyal customers and increasing revenues. Productorials created several rich-media presentations that introduced the GoSMILE product line in a video format that differentiated GoSMILE substantially from its competitors. GoSMILE's consumer-facing Productorial segments clearly explained the GoSMILE ampoule technology - the product, the formula, the results - for potential customers. Furthermore, GoSMILE employees utilize the DVD Prodcutorial to gather consistent product and company information.

Extending GoSmile
The GoSMILE Productorial, named GoSMILE University, won the prestigious Macromedia Site of the Day, further heightening GoSMILE's brand awareness and market reach.
